Basic Life Support (BLS)
Learn how to provide high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for adults, children, and infants, including the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is ideal for healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, paramedics and dental professionals. This class is approximately 3 hours and certification is good for 2 years.
Heartsaver CPR AED and First AID
Learn the basic techniques of CPR, how to use an AED, and how to provide first aid for choking. The First AID portion includes common injuries and health condition with basic skills to help individuals. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to respond to an emergency, including parents, teachers, and fitness professionals. This class is approximately 6 hour and certification is good for 2 years.
Who We Are
Our Story
FandFCPR was created by Janet Fanning and Pam Frey to provide the needed certifications for people in health care industries, school employees, professions requiring certification and anyone who is interested in being prepared in case of an emergency. We have been teaching classes through the American Heart Association as a team for over 10 years. Our goal is to give people the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to jump in and help during an emergency.

BLS class
Up to 4 people $300 / $50 extra per person up to maximum of 12
Heartsaver CPR/AED/First AID class
$90 per person with a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12
